Kale chips
Ingredients
- a few handfuls of kale, chopped into bite size pieces
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Spread the kale out in a pan, drizzle with oil, add a few shakes of salt and pepper, toss until mixed
- Bake the kale, tossing every 5 minutes until crispy
