Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Half red cabbage
- Half green cabbage
- Julienned carrots
- Spring onions, long thin slices, 1 bunch
- 2-3 yoghurt tubs
- Soya beans
- 1+ lemon, juiced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- Cayenne pepper
- Pinch salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil as necessary
- Mustard as necessary
- 1 or 2 tsp golden syrup
Method
- Slice the spring onions and put them in ice water for a bit
- Mix the sauce
- Add the vegetables
