Sea bass
Ingredients
- One whole sea bass, gutted and filleted
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped lengthwise
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
- 4 portions boiled rice
- 4 portions steamed Chinese sprouting broccoli
Method
- Place your filleted sea bass on a sheet of tin foil
- Cover with the garlic, grated ginger, spring onions, lemon and soy sauce
- Wrap into a parcel with tin foil
- Bake for 20mins at 180°C
- Serve with boiled rice and steamed Chinese sprouting broccoli
