Cold brew coffee

• Mix 50g ground coffee per 400ml cold water
• Leave to steep for 24 hours
• Gently stir and then pour through a sieve or whatever

Concentrate will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days

Serve 1 part cold brew to 2 parts water, and lots of ice
