Yeastless pizza dough
Ingredients
- 350g plain flour
- 2 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 170 - 225ml water
Method
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
- Add the oil and 170ml water then stir until it forms a ball.
- If dough is stiff, add more water. It should be soft, but not sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.
- Roll into the desired shape, add toppings, and bake at 200C for 15-25 minutes.
