Maple butter

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp (56g) butter, room temperature
• 1 US cup icing sugar
• 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method

1. Cream butter with an electric mixer
2. Add icing sugar and maple syrup
3. Beat until smooth

Notes

• Makes approximately 36 two inch sandwich cookies
