Maple butter
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (56g) butter, room temperature
- 1 US cup icing sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Cream butter with an electric mixer
- Add icing sugar and maple syrup
- Beat until smooth

- Makes approximately 36 two inch sandwich cookies
